Ok so Christine from cc called got me right in she "repaired" as best she could...still terrible but I guess I can at least live with it till it grows out in 3 or 4 months...thank God for Christine...still not happy with my "***" haircut but it is just barely bearable...she did the best she could with what was left.

The absolute worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life I am completely humiliated and ashamed I will not go out of the house without a hoodie or a hat on I've never had a haircut this bad I have her in 58 years this is just so you Millie ating and so degrading I just I'm frantic over it I called the customer service and they're sending me an email so I can send pictures of it and it just I don't know if it's going to be resolved yet or not but I highly do not recommend anyone ever goes to Cost Cutters in Painted Post New York that is the worst I've ever ever in my life ever seen them or had as far as a haircut goes

Cost cutters in Manchester CT on tolland turnpike. Iused to work for this salon. Needless to say I left for many reasons. The manager (Laura) is the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever met to clients and the other stylists that work there. I was told to not replace the barbercide but once and week and got a mysterious rash for 6 weeks and wouldn't go away from changing it. If you don't want mrsa or a staph infection, please don't go here !!! The owner of the salon is a slumlord who made us work in 50 degree temps in the winter because he didn't fix the heat for 2 winters. The manager is a bully and can be caught at any given moment making the clients feel uncomfortable because she's too busy bad mouthing another stylist instead of focusing on her haircuts. I am surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. Ps.. don't bring your kids here go to snip it's next door.

No I am performance restoration and I was complaining about Cost Cutters in Lakewood Colorado read my prior post thank you.

I got to Cost Cutters 10 minutes before 8 and they close at 8 and I drove 20 minutes to get there and they refused to serve me because they wanted to go home early thank you for looking into this.

Drove all the way down to the Cost Cutters and Lakewood in the Commons got there like 5 minutes and they said no way we're not cutting any more hair I don't even have time to clean up Harley and I was just totally bad service bad attitude and frankly I wouldn't want them to cut my hair at this point when you go to Paul Mitchell there like 2 miles away good riddance I'll never come here again

i had gotten a cut about 2 months prior and was pleased but last night i went in and showed the same picture i did a couple months ago, but i had a different person and i don'ink she knew what she was doing. she tarted by finding my part line and SHAVED HALF OF MY HEAD, oh but that's not all, she SAID SHE DIDN'T LIKE HOW THE BACK WAS DONE SO SHAVED ALMOST ALL OF THE BACK OF MY HEAD AND more. oh but she did do good on the fade to my hair on my left side, but couldn't do it on my right side. Great *** job.

WE STOPPED AT COST CUTTERS AT THE STERLING MALL ON SUNDAY MARCH 19TH AT 2:50 PM, THE ONLY WORKER TOLD US SHE COULDNT DO A TRIMBDUE TO AN APPOINTMENT AT 3:00, WE WAITED TILL 3, 315,320,330 THEN ASKED AGAIN. Solicited and pressured by the shop manager Abby at the south ealmart grand island location to purchase "thrive" which she was selling on her behalf not on the behalf of the salon asking for 200 dollars of my money if i had that kind of money i certainly would not be receiving services at a cost cuttets in the first place i also observed her pressuring other workers that i am sure she supervises to purchase "thrive" as well is thete a no solicitation policy with your company i will not be returning and will be sharing my experience as well

This is about the Cost Cutters at the Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs. Okay, so I buy gift cards for friends who need haircuts. They come in handy when you are on a fixed budget and at 4 for $40 for the holidays it's even better. Went into the one in this post over the weekend to buy a couple of those gift cards and was told I couldn't buy more than one at a time and I had to go back another day to get another(which I did but was an inconvenience). I called their corporate office who contacted the district manager for the salon who left a message saying that was their policy this year because people were buying more than one and using them through out the year. Now, there is no sign saying there is a limit but putting that aside what business is it of theirs how someone uses a product they have legally purchased. And how the *** do they know if people are doing this. Maybe they got gift cards too. This is a rather shady policy IMO that needs to be changed.

I went to Cost Cutters to get my hair cut. I had started cutting my hair myself (cutting off heat damage.

I wanted it shorter than what I had cut and I went to school for cosmetology so I was very confident in my abilities to cut off my heat damage) I have naturally curly hair and I took a shower and didn't condition (I was planning on deep conditioning after the cut) I went in and to my misfortune I got a horrible woman named Haley.

She tried running her fingers through my dry curly hair and immediately told me my hair was a "mess" she then combed out all of my curls and told me her niece was "mixed and had the exact same hair" Haley then went on to say that her niece always wanted her to "make her hair look nice" she then explained to me that "there was no making my/her niece's hair look nice" she had absolutely no idea how to deal with naturally curly hair and I'm guessing this was honestly her first encounter with a black person in her entire life. She made a bunch of incredibly insulting and racist remarks and I will never ever step foot in a coat cutters again.

You do realize that that one stylist was rude and racist, not every stylist that works at every Cost Cutters is like that. I just find it silly that you now dislike am entire chain because one lady provided you bad service.

Newburyport cost cutter burnt scalp on hair dye process and turned orange

On November 27, 2016 I had Melissa give me a fine hair cut but proceeded to touch up my roots but instead first time turned me orange and than said she could fix it and made it yello to bleach blond while burning the skin on my scalp. She also striped the color off the shirt I was wearing. When I left I told her no tip on the color but I did tip on the haircut. When I got home scalp raw and realized shirt ruin and then my daughter showed me the back was orange!!! On Tuesday the 6th I called to discuss with the store manager Kelly. She said she would speak to Melissa but when I asked for resolution only offered me gift card for the portion of the bill for the color of $44.95 and though unsatisfactory asked her to mail it to me. On 12/8 I called as nothing had come in the mail. By this point I had to pay to have my hair repaired and they did take pictures of my scalp burns, they suggested going to better business bureau and social media. I instead called back cos t cutters again on 12/9 for Kelly. Who had the woman that answered the phone tell me she was just about ready to mail the gift card. This is over a week later. I asked for her to call me back again explaining I should never have gotten such service and now chasing a gift card inlue of a refund. This is very poor service.

I got a hair cut from the Cost Cutters on FLoyd Blvd and will NEVER go again..it was the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. First I said I wanted my hair thinned out and he took the apron off before I got my hair thinned.

THEN he had asked me if I wanted layers or not and I said no VERY sternly as I do NOT like my hair in layers..what did he do??? LAYER MY HAIR!!

I didn't notice until i tried to put my hair in a bun and half of it was falling out because it was too short!! I didn't catch his name but the middle of his hair was blond and he was Asian.

You went to a place called COST CUTTERS. Meaning it's the equivalent of a fast food restaurant. Meaning that they are obviously not going to attract the best of the best - either workers or customers.

Cost Cutters - Hair Service Review

Avoid Cost Cutters, they only do ala cart service that allows them to charge a lot for every part of your hair care. I paid $54 for color, 54 for highlights, 30 for styling and 30 for a cut. Sadly the color was so poorly done that the highlights did not show. Parted hair in the middle for the highlights and styled it on the side to style, so the highlights did not show. Bad service, highprice and a waste of time. Do not go to Cost Cutters.

Unfortunatly writing this will make no more difference then verbalizing my complaint to the manager of the Cost Cutters located at 3514 West 10th in Greeley Colorado. I was scheduled for a cut and color on 10-29-2016. At 10 that morning I called to confirm my appointment and spoke with my stylist (Melissa manger of cost cutters) who confirmed that we we on for 11am. I arrived at 11:04 thinking I was late little did I know that I could have arrived at 1pm and would have been right on time. When I arrived I noticed that my stylist was finishing a customer not unusual I thought however she quickly moved onto another customer. During this customers wash I asked another stylist how long it would be because I could run to the store, this stylist indicated "I had time" I asked her to please ask my stylist and she said 20 minutes. I left for the store and returned in 25 minutes. When I returned she was finishing up the women she washed and I now noticed that she had two other women she was managing...COLORS! So now almost an hour has passed and Melissa has not taken even 5 minutes to approach me to tell me that she was sorry or to explain the reason for the delay or to tell me how much longer it was going to be. I approached the desk and again asked another stylist how much longer...at this point Melissa approaches still not giving me a time but confirms 30-40 minutes only after I offer this as a possible length of time. Why were customers not called and made aware of this significant delay in services. Why was I not told when I called at 10am? Why did Melissa not approach me within that 50 minute time frame to apologize and give me the option to reschedule or leave and return. Getting to this appointment was very difficult for me as I am unable to drive due to a motor vehicle accident I was involved in August 18th 2016. Needless to say I left feeling very stressed and saddened over the very poor customer service I received especially when I worked so hard to arrage the appointment and my transportation.

My daughter wrote this review on my behalf when I left for another salon to fix my hair. So my daughter was a bit harsher than I would have been.

I apologize for that.

I'd like a refund of the haircut but she may keep the tip. I didn't realize how bad the cut really...

I just had my haircut by Kristy at the Lower Burrell PA location. I can't believe how AWFUL my hair looks.

She stripped my hair so short, I can't even do anything with it. I had to go elsewhere to have it 'fixed'. Not like there's much to fix. It's so uneven and the complete opposite of what I asked for.

She clearly didn't listen to what I wanted. I might as well given a four-year old scissors to have them cut my hair! She obviously has ZERO CLUE how to cut hair! This is I've EVER SEEN!!!!!

I'm EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. If I were her boss I'd have her go back to cosmetology school.

Been going to cost cutters in rio rancho for a year. Went in monday the 21 st of November lady didn't listen at all. My hair in choppy and so uneven in the back. I was so upset! I will never go again.....supercuts here i come.
