I asked for an A-frame cut (longer in front and shorter in back) with minimal layering. I asked for the front to be chin-length and the back to be at hair line.

Instead, the length in front is about 1.5" too short and she did all this texturing in the back that I didn't ask for. When she measured where to cut, she pulled the hair completely in front of my face instead of measuring it to the side like she should have. I now have to wait 4 months to get it to grow back out. I'll never go to another Cost Cutters ever again.

I'm so pissed! This is not the first time that the stylist has just done whatever the heck they want to without asking me what I want.

Preferred solution: Fire the stylist that worked on me. And train your stylists to listen to the customer. .
