I had gone online to check in on 9/15/18 @10:30 for a 11:00 o'clock. I reached there right at 11:00 and did not get in a chair until exactly 12:00. In the meantime, while I was waiting for my turn, there were two customers who came in after me and were taken in within a 10-15 minutes while I still waited for my turn.

When I was finally in my chair, I saw a sign in front of me which said โ€™Check in online to save timeโ€™. How ironic, that saving time is sitting for a whole hour!! I left my name and number for their manager Terry to call me back but four days later, I hadn't heard from her/him so I finally called back to talk to. I was told that since I had a 719 area code, they could not call me back and that, I would have to call back on Friday when Terry was working next. That does not make since at all.

I am going to copy and paste this on Nextdoor so people are aware that they have to wait for a really long time to get a 15-20 minute haircut. They rather go to either Walmart or Sports Clip where they can get a haircut much faster. And shame on their manager that he/she does not call disgruntled customers back in spite of leaving my name and number, that's if Melanie my hairdresser gave her the post-it note.

This store is in green valley ranch and their store number is 62200.

And by the way, this had happened to me before a year or two ago but silly me keeps going there. So
