Sold me a product I had problems with. Refused to give me a refund.
I was told upon returning the product, they do not accept returns. And they said it was on the bottom of my receipt.
But, it is not listed that they do not take returns. I feel I should get a refund.
I spent around $66.00 that day including services. Thank you.

My middle daughter Alexis black husband growing her hair she has never cut it except to trim the dead ends when she went to get her hair cut she asked for a 1-in trim of the dead end and her layers put back in shortened the layers a little bit and frame it around her face that's not what happened at all. This woman cut 7 inches off of her hair when it was down to her butt then she didn't cut the layers short enough so a whole nother woman had to come out and try to help Lexie get her hair back but the fact was that all her long hair was already freaking gone and then I said I wasn't going to pay for them cutting all of her hair off and they took the money anyway

She cut off over 6 in of my daughter's hair when my daughter asked for a 1-in trim and to straighten out her layers and and feather it around her face she did not do any of that then when I said something to her she said well I have to leave there's nothing I can do for you and the manager actually heard it me my three daughters my husband and all of my daughter's friends go with me to get their haircut at cost cutters not anymoren

My friends and I went in today on July 26th, my friend Axel asked for a 3 or 4 for his hair, and they gave him a buzz cut, my other friend Kaleb asked for a specific cut and they gave him a bowl cut. They made several homophobic remarks and when we told them that's not what we wanted they refused to give us a refund and started cussing us out.
They crumpled up our ticket/receipt as soon as it printed and refused to give it to us so we don't have proof of purchase. The service was terrible and they were just rude

The phone at the Cost Cutters in Kent, Ohio is not working. The number I'm calling is 330-677-**** and it does not ring through to the store.
This has been happening since 6-3-24.
When will this be resolved? This is very poor business.
Preferred solution: Correct the phone issue immediately
User's recommendation: Let Cost Cutters customer service know that their phone system and provider are not good at all. I frequently have trouble getting through by phone tto the store where my stylist is.

I put earlier! But I worked and got new scissors and clippers and trimmers!
When I quit because the boss was bias I left it all there!
But they held my last paycheck which would have paid it off! So I want my stuff!

I left the company because my manager was biased! So wrong!
Loved working there! Had my clients that requested me! So now Im mad I got the bonuses.. bought some new scissors and hair dryer and trimmer.
Left it there when I left to cover cost but they held my last pay check which was 800.00! So would love them back!

I said will it is in the computer that I bought it. She was very rude and said she cannot exchange it company policy.
There is no reason it could not be exchanged!!! I will never by my products there again!!!

Recently, I went into the Cadillac Michigan Cost Cutters location, where A team member who was working at the front desk. I politely asked for my mother who was getting her hair cut.
The team members rude,hostile response wasn't appreciated. She reminded me of someone that I went to school with. I asked, if I knew her from somewhere. Her hostile glare and rude response was unacceptable, I was also having my hair cut as well.
While my hair was being washed, I was forced to listen to her nonstop nauseating complaints. In my opinion she isn't cut out to work with people and should look for employment where she can work from home.

Verified ReviewerI entered the establishment asking if I could get a haircut. The woman said "No we,are on ashift change and no. I watched as three employees sat with their feet up eating. .
I walked in and asked if I could get a haircut. The woman said "No we are in the middle of shift change so no" I observed three staff literally with their feet up shoveling food in their mouths as another staff came in carrying more bags of food.
I came back an hour and a half later and again asked if I could get a haircut. The employee said "No all the other girls have gone home and I am the only one here so no..it was 6 PM well before closing.

I will either use another company or I will do it myself because I've never had problems doing hit myself.
Well, the hair stylist messed up our hair royally.
Cut my wife's hair too short, and layered mine so badly I ultimately had to shave it down after the wedding to repair the damage, and when we brought our daughter there she couldn't even do a straight cut across; leaving my daughter's hair noticeably uneven in the back, and the only way to fix it would have been to trim it shorter than she desired.
My wife and I had to return the same day (and we'd already spent all day there) as her black turned indigo and purple as soon as it was dry. I returned the next day on my own as my hair turned purple where it should've been black by the morning.
I have been dying and styling my own hair since 2013, and I have never had an issue with a dye holding in my hair until going here.
We contacted the salon, and the stylists excuse was "oh sometimes if you don't use processor the dye won't hold the way it should"... Okay that's fine but maybe you should've put the processor in our hair from the start if you knew it could be an issue?
Even after the first repair, we had to return again a second time before the wedding to get things touched up as the permanent dye just didn't hold up the way it should've.
The haircut for my daughter was free of charge to compensate for our troubles with our hair and the job she did was
I am fully aware that the company cannot do much about the second issue but I believe corporate should be made aware that this stylist also offers to fix her mistakes in customers homes if need be.
As she not only offered to mend this problem at our home but also came to our house to do my wife's hair again & it came out 7 different colors instead of orange and blue. And her only excuse was sorry it's not my best work

Holly did my hair on 1/20/24 - she charged me $90 for a color and highlight. The color has now fallen out completely and I called today to make an appointment to come for a color but to leave out the hair that was highlighted so my hair would still have highlights.
I was told the price for that would be $182! When I asked why, I was told by Ginger that Holly charged me incorrectly and she didn't use a filler or toner (or something like that) and that's why my color fell out. I told her I would have no issue paying the difference between what I already paid and what the correct price is, but since they made a mistake and that's why my hair isn't holding the color, that I didn't see how it was fair that I had to pay the full price when my original price was 1/2 that. Ginger got an attitude with me and said "NO, YOU WOULD BE PAYING ME TO DO IT!
NOT HER!" - and further explained if I would have come in last week, she could have done it for free...
so last week you can do it for free, but this week you can't do it for the adjusted correct price when you guys messed up??? I want my money back for my original process so I can take it to someone who can handle my hair appropriately.

Refund refused because I was out of town
The store manager refused to grant me a refund for a product that I bought 12 days prior but I had been out of town for the last 6 of them. She told me it was corporate policy and refused.
It was a joke of product and wouldnt use it had I known what it was like.
I called the corporate line and they didnt even answer to take my complaint or talk to me about it.
I wouldnt go back to this company to have my dog groomed!!! The last haircut I even got from one of their stylists screwed it up so bad I had to go somewhere else and pay another $40 to have it fixed.
I will never again go back and I will tell everyone I know and meet to stay far from them.

While getting my hair cut the hairdresser who was supposed to cut my hair left, so I got someone else. While getting my hair cut the employees were whispering to each other and also were rude.
The woman cut my hair 4 inches shorter than it was supposed to be, and also it was all uneven. I made her stop handed her 20 for a *** job. Walked out to my vehicle where my husband was waiting for me to find the hairdresser that was supposed to cut my hair giving my husband a *** and while he was fingerings her. Really you allow your employees to have this kinda proffesionable manner??
For a business this establishment in Wausau WI is not very professional. They apparently get to meet up with guys in parking lot and also allow them inside to have sexual encounters.
Your employee has ruined my marriage and family. She also had a client before she took me was still busy with and had another hairdresser take over for her.

Preferred solution: Something with the employee. This woman should be fired for being allowed to or thinking that this behavior is okay for her to do. Let alone treating the customer like garbage along with the rest of the employees.

How can you get cut hair back??? You state your daughter never cuts her hair, except to trim the dead ends and her hair is almost to her backside.
Well, I bet the 7 inches the stylist cut off were all split ends! BTW: have you ever heard of punctuation?
